November 2nd Bible Study link on Dia de los Muertos!

Hi Cross of Glory Family and Friends!

November 2nd… Dia de los Muertos…  In Mexico, it is translated “Day of the Dead. Likened to our Memorial Day, it is a wonderful, colorful celebration of saints who have passed… an adorning of cemetery graves with flowers and fruits, foods and fondness.  How appropriate to have the holiday the day after All Saints’ Day.  How special to have had the opportunity in Zoom worship yesterday to talk about our loved ones who have so impacted us in the faith and in life!

Be sure to join us Tuesday night for our Zoom 6:15 Bible Study on Prayer.  Lynn Reid has done an awesome job leading us in the study and passes on the blue attachment link seen above under the SUBJECt LINE as a help for tomorrow evening (Not to be confused with the blue link for the Zoom meeting itself BELOIW).

And then you see the blue link BELOW that allows you entrance into the Bible Study itself!  Join us!  Some remarked last Tuesday that rather than cancel Bible Study, in deference to the election results, we should ESPECIALLY BE PRAYING… IN BIBLE STUDY ON ELECTION DAY!

Cross of Glory is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.

On Halloween night, having had only 5 Trick or Treaters the entire evening, Barb and I watched a wonderful Pixar cartoon movie about Dia de los Muertos called “Coco.”  I strongly recommend it…. so very sweet and spirited… colorful and celebratory.  Check it out!

God’s Peace and Joy!  God bless America!
