NEW BEGINNINGS is a unique Lutheran-sponsored worship community in the Denver Women’s Correctional Facility.  Their annual fundraiser, the Chow Hall Gala, will be an internet virtual event this year.  The gala is scheduled for Friday, October 9, 6:00 to 7:30 PM.  The program will include music by the prison worship band and testimonials from current and former inmates.  Dean Williams, the executive director of the Colorado Department of Corrections, will share his vision of redemption in the corrections field.  Single tickets are $30 and can be purchased at www.newbeginningswc.org., New Beginnings’ website.
