And our heartfelt sympathy is extended to Geri Sheldon in our congregation given the death of her dear friend, Peggy Tharan Peggy, living in Alabama, passed into greater life on Friday, July 18 during surgery in an attempt to address her heart issues. Please remember the Tharan family and Geri in your prayers.
Prayers of thanksgiving also for Geri’s daughter and son in law, living in Berwick, Maine, who are well, safe, loved and cared for by the community and friends. An apparent lightning strike caused a fire at their home, totally destroying their home the other day. They were not home at the time, however, pets did not survive.
