We will be hosting the Thanksgiving Eve worship service at church at 7 PM on Wednesday, November 23rd, the night before Thanksgiving.  Prior to worship that evening at 5 PM, we will be welcoming any and all who want to celebrate a Thanksgiving meal at church with us.  There will be a free-will offering taken to defray the costs.  Lindsey Janoe, the newest member of Cross of Glory (but longtime friend) will be preparing the dinner.  Of course, we welcome ahead of time any help to/for her. Some of you have already volunteered to bring pies for the evening.  God bless you!  Maybe others would want to contribute something that “traditionally” is served at a Thanksgiving dinner.  We could use “greeters’ to welcome our guests… people who could set things up… and take things down… you know, we could use practical help and donations (money is always welcomed, earmarked for the occasion) as we hope to have a nice gathering. We are also in need of a few people who would be willing to be in a Thanksgiving Eve skit already written out (so no memorization required). Just let me know.
