With the help of ZOOM, we have enjoyed worship together during this Lenten Season.  How wonderful to have seen so many worshipping with us regularly on Wednesday evenings via Zoom!  Pastor Mike preached on Isaiah 53, the Song of the Suffering Servant.  Written 800 years before Jesus’ crucifixion, it is an eerie prediction of the cross and God’s great love for us.  Now as we come to the end of March, into Holy Week, the story of God’s unmatched passion for us is continued.  A Hosanna crowd wanted to crown Jesus King as he rode on the donkey into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.  Days later, Jesus would be indeed crowned…only this time with thorns.  Be with us via Zoom for 7:00 PM Maundy Thursday observance and for 7:00 PM Good Friday worship. Just as Jesus went to the cross, we, as Christians are encouraged to follow Christ in selfless service to others.  We are to “take up our crosses” that “they might know we are Christians by our love.”  Will you indeed be with us in Zoom worship on these high holy nights of the church year?
